Marking a Major Turning Point
After nearly a decade of building, dreaming, and growing together, El Paraiso Verde is entering an exciting new chapter. The latest newsletter announces a major milestone: all unencumbered land parcels have been sold to a renowned, internationally active developer of ecovillages.
Founders Open the Door to New Opportunities
For the founders and the Annau family, this marks the conclusion of their active role in shaping the project. The newsletter makes it clear:
“With this strategic step, the active development of the El Paraiso Verde project by us, the founders and the Annau family, is FINISHED.”
RELJUV’s Ongoing Mission for the Future
RELJUV S.a.e.c.a., the company behind the project, will continue to assist as an infrastructure contractor for at least the next twelve months.
Meanwhile, the founders are stepping back to focus on the company’s long-term future, preserving jobs, and responsibly addressing challenges left behind by previous management.
“For the foreseeable future, our team consisting of RELJUV employees and a few settlers will continue to be your point of contact,” the newsletter reassures.
Preserving the Community Spirit
While management is changing, the essence of El Paraiso Verde remains the same. The Barrio Cerrado Paraiso Verde condominium and the core principles of community life will stay intact, keeping the vision of this extraordinary project alive.
An End of an Era
This newsletter also marks the end of an era: the NOAH’S ARK newsletter will be discontinued, with updates now coming directly from the new developers.
The new team brings international experience and fresh ideas that promise to further enhance the project, building on the strong foundation already in place.
A Message of Gratitude
Dr. Erwin Annau and the team expressed heartfelt gratitude:
“We would like to thank everyone who has supported us, helped us, and sent us so much positive energy over the past nine years. We look forward to a new future together with confidence.”
Looking Ahead
For all followers and settlers, this is more than a transition.
It is a bridge to the future – a moment to reflect on what has been achieved, celebrate the growing community, and look forward to new developments under new leadership.
For our part, sharing this journey with you has been an honor. This will likely be one of our final posts on this platform, as we also step back and focus on new projects and tasks.
Yet, we will continue cheering on the community from the sidelines, confident that El Paraiso Verde’s vision and spirit will flourish for years to come.
