Success Story And New Construction Innovations | epvNEWS | Episode // 005

Welcome to Episode 5 of the Green Paradise News Show! In this episode, we bring you an inspiring success story, exciting developments in sustainable construction, and an important update on recent challenges our community has faced.

A Dream Home in Just 10 Months – Brigitte and Jens’ Success Story

For many, the idea of building a home in a new country feels overwhelming. But for Brigitte and her son Jens, this dream became a reality in just 10 months. Originally from Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, they chose to leave their homeland behind and start fresh in The Green Paradise.

Brigitte and Jens received their land title, designed their home, and completed construction in record time. Their house is a stunning example of quality craftsmanship, featuring two independent apartments, a private swimming lake with a sunbathing platform, and top-tier Swiss-Paraguayan construction standards.

Jens, a talented chef, has also found a rewarding job within the community, working for a fellow settler. Alongside his Paraguayan girlfriend, he is building a bright future, proving that The Green Paradise offers not only a beautiful home but also meaningful opportunities.

Their journey is a testament to the incredible potential within our community and serves as an inspiration for others looking to make their dreams a reality.

Local Stone Production – Building a Sustainable Future

Innovation in construction is at the heart of The Green Paradise. A major milestone has been reached with the local production of aerated concrete blocks. These larger, lighter, and more durable building materials are now being produced directly in our industrial area, reducing dependency on external suppliers.

This initiative not only enhances self-sufficiency but also creates jobs and strengthens the community’s infrastructure. The newly produced blocks are already being used to build beautiful, long-lasting homes, including the residence of Brigitte and Jens.

This project underscores the importance of sustainability, innovation, and community-driven progress in The Green Paradise.

Addressing Misinformation and Online Threats

Transparency and open communication are core values of The Green Paradise News Show. Following Episode 4, we received troubling feedback, including threatening comments and unfounded accusations.

While we encourage open discussions, we cannot tolerate false claims, intimidation, or defamatory remarks. One particular comment accused us of censorship, yet the individual later deleted their own post, including replies that challenged their claims.

Additionally, we have received screenshots and reports from community members regarding disturbing messages circulating in certain online chat groups. Some messages even advocate violence, which is completely unacceptable.

We urge all members of The Green Paradise to document and report such behavior through proper channels. Our community remains committed to protecting the integrity of our residents and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Local Weather Update from The Green Paradise

Looking ahead, expect mostly sunny skies with occasional afternoon showers. Temperatures will range between 20°C and 34°C, making it perfect weather for outdoor activities and exploring the lush surroundings.
