Most would have seen an inhospitable wasteland, but Dr. Erwin and Sylvia Annau saw potential. Their dream was to build a sanctuary, a place where people could live freely, sustainably, and independently—far from the chaos of modern society.
The First Steps – Overcoming the Impossible
Building a new community from nothing was an immense challenge:
- Bureaucratic obstacles – Establishing a legal framework for an independent community.
