On August 22, 2025, a historic milestone was reached: The Green Paradise Project Completed. What began nearly a decade ago as a bold vision has now become a thriving, stable, and livable community of more than 200 settlers.
Built on forward-looking principles of sustainable living, self-sufficiency, and security, The Green Paradise has transformed from wilderness into a flourishing settlement.
A Community Built to Last
Over the years, roads, houses, industries, and essential infrastructure were developed—laying the groundwork for a way of life centered on independence and resilience. For the settlers who joined along the way, The Green Paradise is not just a place to live, but a place to belong.
Security and self-sufficiency were always at the core of the project, and today, those principles are visible in every corner of the community.
What Comes Next After The Green Paradise Project Completed
While the founding phase has come to a close, the story of The Green Paradise continues. All remaining unsold plots have now been acquired by an international project development company. Their goal is to further expand and complete the community’s infrastructure by 2028, with new sales beginning in 2029.

A Farewell from the Founders
In a recent video message titled “Goodbye Paradise – A Farewell and a New Beginning”, co-founder Erwin Annau reflected on the project’s journey:
“Hi my dear friends. I want to let you know that after 9 years, exactly 9 years after the foundation of the company that built all of this here, we have finished the project. It is time for us, the founders, to retire and let younger people with new ideas and new concepts continue this project. When I look back, 8 years ago, there was just wilderness. No streets, nothing. And now, when I see this settlement with hundreds of houses and all the infrastructure we built, I remember the laughter, the toil, and the challenges we had. Most of all, I see the people who came here to build their own paradise.”
Annau expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the development, while assuring that he and the other founders will remain present in the community. He also encouraged those considering a move to Paraguay to stay connected and follow the project’s next phase under its future owners.
